La Junta financia con 4 millones los programas de atención a las drogodependencias de la Diputación de Granada

El Consejo de Gobierno ha acordado conceder una subvención de 4 millones de euros a la Diputación Provincial de Granada para el mantenimiento de sus centros y planes de atención a las drogodependencias hasta el año 2011.

Esta financiación, ya aprobada para cinco diputaciones andaluzas, se dirige tanto a los centros provinciales como a programas de atención a personas reclusas drogodependientese intervenciones específicas en materia de juego patológico.

 

Las ayudas a las diputaciones forman parte de las iniciativas de apoyo a las personas drogodependientes que lleva a cabo la Consejería para la Igualdad y Bienestar Social, mediante programas de rehabilitación e integración en 122 centros de tratamiento ambulatorio, 23 comunidades terapéuticas públicas y concertadas y siete centros de encuentro y acogida. Además, la Junta gestiona 12 viviendas de apoyo a la reinserción y 26 centros de día.

 

En materia preventiva, la Administración autonómica desarrolla iniciativas como el programa Ciudades ante las Drogas, en el que participan más de 400 municipios; planes en los centros escolares y universitarios, e intervenciones en el ámbito laboral con la colaboración de las principales organizaciones sindicales.
