Subvención de 840.000 euros para la reforma de diez edificios vecinales en la provincia de Granada

El delegado de Obras Públicas y Transportes, Francisco Cuenca, ha firmado hoy con los presidentes de diez  comunidades de vecinos de la provincia un convenio para subvencionar con 840.00 euros los trabajos de conservación de edificios  vecinales y la instalación y renovación de ascensores.

 

 

 

Esta actuación, incluida en el Programa de  Rehabilitación Singular, afectará a164 viviendas  de Granada capital, Motril, Baza, Guadix, Loja y provincia  para acometer determinadas actuaciones que repercutan en la mejora de la habitabilidad y accesibilidad en edificios con carencias importantes y dirigidas a unidades familiares residentes con ingresos medios y bajos que no superen el 2,5 del IPREM, según ha explicado  Francisco Cuenca.

 

 

  

Estas subvenciones permitirán realizar obras en las zonas comunes del edificio como estanqueidad y supresión de humedades, eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas, la instalación y renovación de las instalaciones de suministros de agua, gas, electricidad y saneamiento y la renovación de ascensores en la que se ha establecido una altura mínima de cuatro plantas o bajo más tres plantas. Las ayudas de la Junta incluye también el pago de la redacción del proyecto y la dirección de las obras además del asesoramiento para la tramitación documental la contratación técnica y la búsqueda y localización de empresas constructoras que acometan su ejecución  colaborar en la documentación técnica.

 

 

  

El delegado de Obras Públicas ha destacado la aceptación y demanda que tiene este programa  desde que se puso en marcha, lo que ha permitido que la Consejería de Obras Públicas y Transportes de la Junta de Andalucía haya invertido 10,5 millones de euros en la provincia de Granada en el Programa de Rehabilitación Singular de Viviendas  para  facilitar  el arreglo y conservación de edificios vecinales y la instalación y renovación de ascensores de 175 edificios de comunidades de vecinos.

 

 

  

Estas ayudas han permitido actuar en 2.478 viviendas y sobre una población de 8.000 personas, según informa el delegado de Obras Públicas, Francisco Cuenca. Estas subvenciones permitirán realizar obras de estanqueidad y supresión de humedades, eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas, la instalación y renovación de las instalaciones de suministros de agua, gas, electricidad y saneamiento y la instalación y renovación de ascensores, en el que hay establecido una altura mínima de 4 plantas o bajo más tres plantas.  

 

 

  

Las subvenciones concedidas alcanzan el 75% de la inversión de las obras a realizar en los edificios y para ello sus propietarios las comunidades de vecinos deben tener rentas inferiores al 2,5% del IREM o el 95% cuando estén por debajo del 1.5 veces el lPREM.

 

 

  

El programa de Rehabilitación Singular, gestionado por la Empresa Pública de Suelo Andaluz (EPSA), ha sido puesto en marcha por la Junta de Andalucía con el objetivo de acometer determinadas actuaciones en los edificios residenciales para mejorar la habitabilidad y accesibilidad en edificios con carencias importantes y dirigidas a unidades familiares residentes con ingresos medios y bajos y con una edad media alta.

 

 

  

Los 10.5 millones entregados a las comunidades para este programa por la Junta en la provincia han facilitado la instalación y renovación de ascensores a 132 comunidades, la eliminación de estanqueidades y supresión de humedades en 85 comunidades, en otras 76 la supresión de barreras arquitectónicas y la instalación y renovación de las instalaciones de suminis-tros en otras 78.
